SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Policy
Shipments are packed and shipped from our farm on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. These days may be subject to change during the Holiday Season. During the Holiday Season orders and changes must be received by December 12th. Due to adverse conditions that sometimes affect holiday shipments, we may need to ship your order earlier to guarantee on-time delivery.
Corporate orders must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested ship date.
To ensure the quality of our products all packages are shipped frozen, inside insulated containers and corrugated cardboard boxes for delivery within 2-3 days of shipment. All packages are shipped UPS ground when possible. UPS will notify you via email with your package tracking information once the order has shipped.

We are unable to extend our Satisfaction Guarantee to orders for packages that are delayed or non-deliverable for incomplete or incorrect addresses. There will be a $35 address correction fee for packages that must be interecepted or rerouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please verify your shipping information for accuracy before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in selecting and delivering the freshest and highest quality products to our customers at Bates Turkey Farm. If, for any reason, you receive a product that is wrong, omitted, or damaged, we want to know about it. Please notify us within 7 days after delivery by emailing sales@batesturkey.com or calling 334-227-4505. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Substitution Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from Bates Turkey Farm. We make every effort to fulfill your order exactly as specified, but occasionally substitutions are necessary due to inventory availability.
